At 35' high, the rooftop terrace offers stunning views of downtown, beyond the treetops of Bouldin. Thoughtfully-placed planters and modern furniture help define private social areas, perfect for an early morning coffee or sharing a bottle of wine with friends. Most furnishings are moveable, allowing residents to adapt the layout when desired.
ENTRY RAIN GARDENS
Lining the front of the community, entry rain gardens capture excess water from the flats and townhome buildings. The water irrigates landscaped beds of native plants, which serve as private entry gardens, and help manage water runoff through a method that is both sustainable and replenishing.
The cluster of old-growth oak trees to the west of the church provide a dramatic and peaceful setting for many residents as they enter the community, while also offering an ideal spot for intimate gathering under its treasured oaks.
The approximately 3,000 square foot fenced-in park allows dogs to run free and socialize within a landscaped area, including extensive beds of flowering plants, and a shady Cedar Elm tree. Entering the park is safe and easy, using the double-entry gate system.
